Park Rules & Regulations

Our park is dog friendly and there is no additional fee to bring your furry companions. Pets need to be good neighbors, not excessively noisy, child friendly and non-aggressive breeds, this includes Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermanns, and Cane Corsos. If your pet becomes too un-neighborly (snarling, growling, jumping toward other people) you will be required to leave without a refund.  Pets must be on a leash at all times. If tied up outside, they must be accompanied by the owner (never leave pets unattended). 

You are required to clean up after your pet(s) and to bring your own waste bags. Stepping in a pet’s deposit ruins the day for others, so a $20 clean-up fee will be charged if determined you failed to comply with this requirement. 

Bagged trash/garbage may be dumped in trash bins located in the park. All garbage must be bagged prior to being placed in a bin and never left at your RV site. 

Deposits for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid minus a $10.00 Cancellation Fee. Deposit will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to your arrival date.

Late Arrivals and Early Departure: No Refunds or Prorations will be given for Late Arrivals or Early Departures. 

The following weekends are considered "holidays" in the camping industry and are therefore non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas and Thanksgiving.  

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m.  Those desiring a late checkout, please contact us the day of your departure to see if a late checkout is available and to pay the associated fee. 

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.  Please be considerate of others.  Management reserves the right to require any guest to vacate the property for any behavior or acts that disturbs other guests. 

• Only well-kept RVs are allowed in the park.  
• RVs older than 15 years old must have prior approval before booking.  All units must have sleeping facilities, window coverings and proper working electrical, water & sewer hookups.  
• SEWER DONUT - Sewer donut or elbow is required.   
• Each site is limited to one (1) RV and no more than (2) vehicles, all of which must have full liability insurance coverage. We do not allow sleeping in cars or pop-up campers, nor will we accept converted school buses.  Management reserves the right to refuse admission of RV’s not meeting park standards. 
• RV washing or major repairs are not allowed within the park.
